Under the Guardianship of Prof Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Al-Mustaqbal First Annual Festival for People of Determination was concluded on Monday 4th December 2023. It is remarkable to note that the Festival, which comes as part of celebrating the International Day of Persons with Disabilities & Special Needs, has been organized under the Slogan "I can & you can." On its Second Day, the Festival has witnessed the attendance of a large number of Guests, with Teaching & Administrative Cadres as well as Students and many Artistic & Cultural Personnel. Similar to the First Day, the Festival has included on the Second Day divergent activities, such as a Bazaar, Painting & Photo Exhibition, Success Stories narrated by People of Determination, in addition to other Initiatives, in which People of Determination have displayed their participations in the Fields of Art, Culture, Knowledge, Sports, Inventions, and other Achievements. However, the Festival has aimed to highlight the capabilities that People of Determination do own, being an essential part of our community, and it is quite vital that we should integrate them into Society, and thus benefiting from their abilities in all Fields & Specializations. Finally, we are obliged to note that the Festival has been concluded by honoring people of determination with Shields of Innovation in appreciation to their outstanding contributions and the successes they have achieved.
